It is pretty easy! You may not feel confident at first. Watch the Hot Foiling Basics Video. Then follow the Steps. There is also a 1 page PDF with the instructions in list format that you can print and follow along.

This is easy enough. You will need to have certain tools and supplies to do Foiling.
~Stampin' Hot Foil System
~Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
~Stampin' Up! Hot Foil in at least one color
~Stampin' Up! Hot Foil Dies. Some dies come with stamps, some with Stencils (Decorative Masks), some come coordinating cutting dies, and some contain one Hot Foil Die only.
